Hafizia Broadway School, Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore is ground zero for Project Inspire-B.

The goals of this project are to:

• Create a model of transformation for government schools which will be replicated across the state in five years.
• Be a centre of excellence.
• Be ranked among the top five government schools by year five.
• Holistic development of the locality and ownership by local community.
• See the income of 80% of trained personnel double in five years

The desired outcomes of this project include:

• • Students excelling in their areas of interest, gainfully employed and an integral part of community development as responsible citizens.
  • The adult population economically productive, financially independent and an integral part of community initiatives.
  • Senior citizens who are active members of the community with thriving social lives.
